Trainee Estate Agent

Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Your Move Branch in Longton as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.


This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.


As a negotiator you will:

Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
Generate and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate offers between all parties.
Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is essential for this post.
In return we offer:

On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £23,000 - £24,000
6 months guaranteed commission pay.
5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
