Remote Housing Officer

The New Appointments Group is seeking a highly motivated Remote Housing Officer to join its team. This role involves providing direct support and management to service users within an allocated location.

About the Job
In this role, you will work independently, planning your own day and carrying out daily visits in the community. You will have a portfolio of up to 250 service users/tenants. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing direct support and management to service users within an allocated location
Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up-to-date
Working to an assigned case load, carrying out daily visits in the community
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in a housing officer support role
A full UK driving licence
Ability to pass Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service
