The role involves handling a range of Private Client cases, including:

Wills and estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Trusts and tax planning
Powers of attorney
Court of Protection matters
You will need to have:

6+ years of post-qualified experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
A deep understanding of Private Client law and procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
