Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead with expertise in AI/ML development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced machine learning algorithms and frameworks for forecasting and predictive models.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and achieve shared objectives.
• Develop and implement complex data analysis and processing techniques to feed into machine learning models.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure seamless deployment of AI applications, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Continuously monitor, refine, and improve machine learning models based on performance data and evolving requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, AI, and related technologies, exploring and implementing new methods and technologies to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Ensure that all code adheres to industry standards and is clean and efficient.
• Validate ML models and LLMs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in Python and machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services.
