About your new role
Are you a skilled communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear customer-focused content?
We’re looking for an adaptable digital writing professional to develop written content across digital channels. In this role, you’ll:
create and edit quality web content speaking to customers in a clear, simple and consistent voice
incorporate usability, SEO, accessibility and information architecture (IA) principles during content development
make considered recommendations to stakeholders to achieve customer-focused content solutions
publish web content and undertake pre-publication quality checks
provide expert copywriting advice and coaching to Distributed Authors to upskill their capabilities

We're looking for people who have:
proven experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar role
experience with stakeholder liaison and negotiation
familiarity with website standards, particularly readability, SEO, information architecture and accessibility
excellent writing and editing skills in plain English
high quality attention to detail
experience in managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
experience in web content management system(s) (CMS) preferred
qualifications in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field desirable.
