Job Overview
The State Government of Victoria, Australia seeks a skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join its team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for defining and coordinating tasks to meet project outcomes, proactively managing progress, and taking corrective actions as needed.

With excellent influencing and persuasion abilities, you will tailor your communication style to diverse audiences, presenting complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing professional expertise to ensure the successful implementation of contracts across Victoria;
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems related to risk management, commercial performance, and contractor management;
Build strong formal and informal networks both internally and externally to achieve successful outcomes;
Apply well-developed commercial management skills to manage and mitigate risk (safety, environmental, scope, financial, time, and reputational) in accordance with the DTP Risk Framework;
Requirements
Qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field experience;
Experience in working with performance-based contracts;
Experience in finance and analytical reports;
