Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Review system implementation on shop floor.
• Perform process & product audits as per IATF.
• Daily Gemba Audit as per plan for check the sustenance of documents.
• Documents controlling of shop floor.
• Perform root cause analysis of observations raised during audits & close with effectiveness verification.
• Effective implementation of system as per company procedures.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical engineering

Experience: 2-5 Years

Preferred Industrial Experience: Automotive

Desired Skills & Personal Attributes:
• Knowledge of Process & Product Audit
• Knowledge of process on shop floor & their abnormalities.
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, 5S, Kaizen.
• Knowledge of inspection method.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Power point
• Good knowledge about 5 core tools & its implementation.
• Soft behaviour or personal skills related to the individual capacity to execute a job task or responsibility.
