This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient payroll functions, including rostering and HR master data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Liaise with line managers to resolve payroll-related issues and provide guidance on payroll processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve processing efficiencies and business improvements.
Requirements
Experience in payroll and rostering solutions, with a strong understanding of human resource systems and industrial awards.
Demonstrated word processing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders.
