Hiring for "BUSINESS OPERATIONS-Senior Manager/AGM" in a Chemical Manufacturing Company.

Location- H.O Kolkata/West Bengal

About the Role - Require B.E./ B.Tech with MBA (Finance/ Operations Management)/ C.A.(non-accounts) preferred. Fluency in written and spoken english is a must. He/ she should have very strong communication skills and should be extremely tech-savvy.

Responsibilities -

- Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business procedures of different functions. Implementing processes which smoothen and improve daily operations.
- He will be involved in leading/ ensuring that business verticals like manufacturing, sales and purchase are functioning in an adequate, safe and profitable manner so that pre-set goals by departmental and company leadership are met. All day to day metrics of these functions will be planned, monitored and analysed by him.
- He will identify scopes of new business/ expansion of existing business wherever possible. He will lead planning, budgeting, leading negotiations and purchasing for all such projects that are underway while maximising output at minimum cost.
- Devise strategies for growth in terms of value and size while ensuring compliance to legal guidelines. Good knowledge of manufacturing industry regulations is mandatory.

Qualifications - B.E./ B.Tech with MBA (Finance/ Operations Management)/ C.A.(non-accounts) preferred
