Graphic Designer

Job Overview :

We are seeking experienced Senior Graphic Designers to join an automotive company specializing in training and learning solutions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for e-learning modules, presentations, marketing materials, and other training resources. The ideal candidate will work closely with instructional designers and marketing teams to ensure designs effectively support educational objectives. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and InDesign is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
• Document a design briefing to update the stakeholders.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, layouts size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software (Adobe, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign)
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements
• Bachelor's in graphic Designing or certifications in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw etc.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw Quark, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Creative and versatile with conceptual clarity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
• Knowledge of English & Hindi - speak, read, write and understand.
