Job Description
A reputable business based in the Norwest area has a need for an experienced credit officer to join this team. Working within this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit a professional who has credit experience and is looking to start a role in February. The Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Credit Manager you will be responsible for reducing debts and collecting of outstanding monies as well as:
Manage large customer ledger - high dollar value
High volume collection calls
Investigation of un-reconciled payments
Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
Processing and raising of invoices
Update customer accounts
