Training Associate -Painting Works

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver structured training programs for painter workers, focusing on technical skills, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Conduct hands-on workshops to train workers in various painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern painting tools, materials, and techniques into the training.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and educate workers on using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare training materials, guides, and instructional content tailored to the workforce’s skill level.
• Monitor the performance of trained workers and suggest improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Provide ongoing support to workers to address challenges in field operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
