EssentiallySports is hiring social media associates to add to its energetic and passionate team! EssentiallySports is one of the leading sports entertainment digital media publications in the world and continues to grow exponentially with each passing day. We garner 100M+ pageviews a month and plan on continuing our upward trajectory until we are the best in the business. While we value inherent skills and talent at EssentiallySports, we believe intent, attitude and passion matter more than anything else. Responsibilities: Finding relevant high-quality reels, photos, and memes for the allocated pages Conducting research, using social media analytics tools, and staying up-to-date with current trends Using editing software or tools to enhance the visual appeal of the content for allocated pages Collaborating closely with the content team and allied stakeholders for sourcing of necessary deliverables Analyzing engagement metrics and reviewing day-to-day performance with the social media lead Monitoring on the performance of each asset to find and implement new strategies Keeping yourself up to date with the latest updates from American Sports to stay ahead of the competitionSubscribing and following relevant channels and pages Requirements: Experience with Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage Understanding of how social media algorithms and search engines work to optimize our content Ability to work independently and with a teamStrong communication and design skills Excellent command of the English language Familiarity with social media platforms Details: Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. Six day work week with nine - hours of shift (aligned with US timings – early morning/evening IST).
