Your role at St John of God Health Care
St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Agreement Principal to lead enterprise agreement negotiations and support strategic industrial relations initiatives in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
As the Enterprise Agreement Principal, you will:
Lead the negotiation of new Enterprise Agreements with unions and employee representatives.
Ensure all agreements comply with the Fair Work Act 200+ and relevant Australian labour laws.
Oversee the successful implementation of enterprise agreements across SJGHC.
Contribute to the development and execution of SJGHC’s industrial relations strategy, providing insights and recommendations for future workforce planning and negotiations.
You are an accomplished industrial relations professional with extensive experience in enterprise bargaining, labour law compliance, and industrial relations management, holding relevant qualifications. Your proven expertise in negotiating complex agreements and fostering collaborative relationships with unions and employee (caregiver) groups will be key to your success in this role.
With a strategic mindset and a talent for delivering actionable insights and recommendations, you have the ability to influence organisational direction and drive forward-thinking industrial relations strategies.
