Eligibility - MUST be Hotel Management or similar, 0-1 years experience with good brands (Hotel/Restaurant)
HAS to be good English communication, presentable & groomed. Fresher will be ok with HM background only)
Job Description - Food & Beverage knowledge and experience, Guest handling, Menu explaining & selling, Service skills, situation handling, in details - Greeting & escorting guest, taking food & Drinks orders, food pickup, serving, Ensuring serving stations are stocked with condiments eg cutlery, napkins, trays, ensure clearing, setting tables, scraping food plates, pans, and pots.
