Job Description

Administration Coordinator-Kimberley Region-Remote Western Australia

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator for this busy property located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

The role of Administration Coordinator is a key position within the organisation. The successful candidate will be experienced in accounts payable and receivable, reporting and maintaining HR records etc as well as having excellent administration skills.

Offering accommodation, caravan park, restaurant, function room, bistro and tour operations. This is a very busy property, catering to corporate contractors and tourism.

The group owns several properties in town and are a fantastic employer to work for.

As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.

Immediate Commencement
Minimum 1 Year Contract

Package:
$65,000 Salary
4 weeks annual leave
Discounted Accommodation & Meals
Own room with own bathroom
Duties including but not limited to:
Processing of all accounts payable & receivable through CMS
Daily counting and balancing of all tills & safes
Processing daily, weekly and monthly reports through CMS
Organising company HR packs and new staff arrival packs
Maintain all HR records for staff on site
EOM procedures
General administration work for the general manager
Daily banking
Liaise with suppliers and communicate with department heads
Assist with front office reception when required
Other duties as required
Key candidate Requirements:
Candidates must have previous administration experience and be good with counting
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
Have or be able to obtain a Federal Police Clearance
Have excellent work related references
Have excellent communication skills
Other Information:
Access via sealed roads or bus
Telstra Mobile Coverage Available
Staff Accommodation is located on site with staff laundry facilities
Staff have full use of onsite swimming pool
