Job Title: Architectural Draftsman (Mid Level)

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Job Description:

Bobby Mukherji Architects, a renowned architectural firm in Mumbai, seeks an experienced Architectural Draftsman with 4–7 years of expertise in architectural and civil drafting.

Qualifications:
• ITI Draftsman, Diploma in Civil/Architecture, or HSC with AutoCAD certification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, MS Office; knowledge of Revit and Photoshop preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare submission, working, and detail drawings with precision and adherence to building bye-laws.
• Interpret structural, MEP, and landscape drawings to create architectural drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure design alignment during construction.
• Coordinating on emails with the concerned departments and consultants, proper documentation of soft & hard copies.
• Should have worked on high rise Residential, Commercial & Hospitality projects.
• Should know Basic Municipal norms.

Skills:
• Strong drafting skills with proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with Xref drawings and ensure error-free outputs.
• Familiarity with Revit Architecture (preferred).
• Team coordination and adherence to quality standards.
