We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Wellbeing Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students and promoting their mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate small group interventions to support student mental health and wellbeing.
\
Provide professional student support services, including counselling and individual support.
\
Work closely with teachers, leadership, and external agencies to develop and implement policies and practices that support student success, engagement, and wellbeing.
\
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders involved in providing health, mental health, and psychosocial services to young people.

Requirements

Working towards a university qualification in Social Work, Counselling, or Youth Work.
\
Demonstrated experience, skills, expertise, and knowledge in supporting student wellbeing.
