Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide sound professional advice on assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of client care
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field
- Proven experience as a nurse coordinator or manager in a mental health setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
