Lead and manage the Workplace Relations team to deliver strategic outcomes and priorities.
Represent the employer on Workplace Relations and employment-related matters.
Prepare and coordinate high level research, technical advice and submissions on Workplace Relations and employment-related matters.

A degree or post-graduate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Experience in providing high level advice and policy development in Workplace Relations and employment-related areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the employer and negotiate effectively.
