Key Performance Indicators:
PROVIDE SUPPORT TO EDUCATORS TO EMBED INCLUSIVE PRACTICES
IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS BARRIERS TO INCLUSION
WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER INCLUSION AGENCY TEAM MEMBERS
Requirements:
DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & CARE, OR ACECQA APPROVED EQUIVALENT
HIGH LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING OF INCLUSION PEDAGOGY AND PRACTICE
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN LEADING, COACHING, AND/OR MENTORING TEAMS OF EDUCATORS
