Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to Sunshine Coast Council Libraries customers, supporting them with their queries and needs.
Assist in developing and implementing library programs, events, and outreach services that cater to diverse community groups.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the retail presentation of libraries, ensuring they remain fresh and modern.
Perform library duties such as shelving, issuing, returning, and collection maintenance.
