Parks And Gardens Labourer- Local Government ($37.72/Hr Casual)

We are urgently seeking multiple Parks and Gardens Labourers for local council crews. With the growing season upon us and early rain there is a need for additional staff to perform general laboring and maintenance duties for parks, gardens, reserves and footpaths (duties include weeding, brush cutting, hedging, mowing, rubbish removal and spraying).

You will need:

Some previous experience with landscaping or parks and gardens work.
Traffic Management Implementation an advantage
A reasonable level of fitness appropriate to the task described
A Construction Industry White Card
Q fever vaccination an advantage
A truck licence, chainsaw ticket or ACDC licence would be an advantage (but is not a necessity)
Availability to commence asap
For your hard work you will receive:

An above average casual pay rate for this type of work $37.72 (plus superannuation) and slightly more if driving crew truck
Casual rostered shifts across a + day fortnight maybe some overtime available
