Our team in Governance, Strategy and Planning is seeking a motivated and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to join our team. This role will involve working with stakeholders to achieve better outcomes for our customers and supporting the development of tailored complaints and human rights resources and training.
Your Key Responsibilities
Mature departmental approaches to human rights and customer complaints management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve complaints management and reporting.
Provide advice and training to business areas on complaints management and human rights.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, a commitment to customer service, high-level writing and communication skills, and excellent attention to detail, organisation, and coordination skills.
