A key expectation is a willingness to learn and develop a thorough understanding of best practice assurance frameworks and processes, and stay updated on industry trends.
This is a pathway position, responsible for supporting the Internal Assurance team to analyse, monitor, and report internal audit activity, performance, and associated risks to senior managers, SLT, and MBIE's Risk and Advisory Committee.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse data to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions.
Assess processes to identify inconsistencies or risks.
Support reviews and produce high-quality reports.
Build strong working relationships with peers, senior managers, and staff at all levels.
What We Offer
We provide opportunities for on-the-job training and professional development. You will be part of a proactive and engaging Internal Assurance function with flexible working conditions available.
