???? Join Our Growing Luxury Bridal Fashion Team! ????
We are looking for two exceptional professionals to join our prestigious premium retail brand specializing in luxury wedding wear in Kochi, Kerala:
1. Experienced Embroidery/Fashion Designer
???? Expertise in haute couture bridal wear, bridal sarees, lehengas, and high-fashion occasion wear
???? Strong skills in developing intricate hand embroidery designs, creating pencil sketches and detailed coloured drawings
???? Knowledge of a variety of embroidery techniques such as Zardosi, Aari, etc
???? Experience in fabric manipulation, embellishment placements, and material sourcing
???? Ability to research and incorporate design trends while maintaining heritage craftsmanship
???? Experience working in reputed couture houses is preferred
???? 3-4 years of experience in design and embroidery
???? Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and embroidery techniques and products developed
2. Production Unit Supervisor
???? Proven experience in managing production for haute couture bridal boutiques
???? Skilled at supervising pattern masters, sewing operators, and embroidery Karigars
???? Strong ability to push unit staff to meet tight deadlines without compromising on craftsmanship
???? Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality output
???? Ability to maintain stock records for trims, fabrics and materials
???? Proficiency in Excel for stock management and preparing order sheets and production trackers
???? Capability to troubleshoot production bottlenecks and offer effective solutions
???? Familiarity with quality control standards for luxury garments
???? 3-4 years of experience in production supervision
???? Experience in reputed fashion houses is preferred
???? Requirements:
✅ A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence for the designer role
