Qualifications
Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing industry
High level of integrity and accountability with results orientation and a strong ability for prioritization
Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Ability to partner effectively with business leaders, including strong (internal) customer service skills
Strong time management skills, multi-tasking skills, and ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines
Responsibilities
Responsible for cost accounting of the US, Asian and Australian companies, in compliance with group guidelines and rules
Prepare timely and relevant cost reports and variance analyses for functional managers
Prepare and communicate monthly analysis of manufacturing variances, cost rates and recommend actions for improvement
Partner with site operations to develop and review standard costs & product cost performance
Ensure proper cost accounting & cost center allocations within the ERP system, maintaining and adjusting cost accounting based on changes in the business
Analyze costs across the value chain to support cost-effective global sourcing decisions
Review and evaluate capital budgeting and project proposals to ensure return on investment and sound investment decisions
Preparation of monthly margin analysis for the production (US) and sales companies (Asia/Australia)
Ensure intercompany account reconciliation between the US, Asian and Australian companies
Independent development of ad-hoc analyses
Ensure the optimization of reporting and adapting reporting to changes in the business
Coordinating and supporting the budget and forecast process related to costs, margins and fixed assets
Assist in identifying and driving best-in-class process improvement strategies for North American sites
Work closely with functional leads to deliver continuous process improvements beyond the Finance department

This position is 100% on site in Nashua, NH. Remote/relocation candidates will not be considered. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
