Qualifications

Benefits
Temp pay: $20-27/hour
Salary: $55-65K (DOE)
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Help prepare financial documents, such as balance sheets, income statements, and other reports
Keep accounts payable and receivable records up to date
Record and process journal entries to ensure accurate documentation of business transactions
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
Contribute to the budgeting process and assist with financial forecasting
Aid senior accountants and financial managers with audits and other accounting tasks
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
Generate regular financial reports and summaries for management review
Perform additional accounting-related duties as needed

The company is open to training the right candidate, provided they hold a degree in accounting or finance.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those with some accounting experience to launch their careers in a nurturing and professional setting.

Location: 100% Onsite in Willowbrook, IL

Type: Temp-to hire

Temp pay: $20-27/hour

Salary: $55-65K (DOE)

Responsibilities:
• Help prepare financial documents, such as balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
