Job Description

Your new company You will be working for a large national FM company working on a large site in Fawley. Your new role You will be conducting plumbing maintenance tasks on the office buildings across the site. The role will suit someone looking to further develop their skills and experience as additional training and development will be given in areas candidates are not full conversant with. You will working on office–based water systems like sinks, taps, toilets, cisterns etc. Hours are 7.40 – 4pm – Monday to Friday – Call out rota after qualification period and overtime available. Duties will include: Perform reactive plumbing works Execute planned maintenance Undertake plumbing installations Collaborate with the projects team to support plumbing needs for various project works.Specify necessary materials and spare parts for both reactive and planned plumbing activities.Update maintenance records accurately, whether electronically or on paper.Career Growth and Development: They are committed to helping you grow your career with them.
