Job description
Position: Academic Counselor (ONLY FREHERS)

Weekly-Off- Friday and Saturday

Remuneration - 25k plus performance and target based incentives

Timing - 10am to 8pm (Exemption from classes mandatory)

Key Skills: B2C Sales, Tele calling, Career Counselling, Effective Communication Skills

Roles and Responsibilities :
Making Outbound calls, profiling leads based on their career goals and helping them to build a personalized roadmap Provide program information to customers over the call clearly and effectively Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to enrolled students. Ensuring post sales services and responding to customer calls.

Requirements :
Must be very fluent in English and have a pleasant attitude. Excellent in both written and spoken English. Good convincing power, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
