Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of swimmers while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a detail-oriented and cautious approach to maintain a secure aquatic environment.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of swimmers in the designated aquatic area
• Vigilantly monitor the pool area and quickly respond to potential emergencies
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid and CPR when necessary
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe swimming environment
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility for cleanliness and safety hazards
• Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including checking water chemistry and temperature
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance lifeguarding skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with swimmers, guests, and team members
• Assist in implementing and following emergency action plans and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and first aid administered
• Promote water safety awareness and educate swimmers on safe swimming practices

Qualifications

With Lifeguard Certification and with 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field

With good English communication skills

With pleasing personality

Ability to handle pressure at work

Ability to multi-task
