Cost Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant to join our team! If you have a passion for financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and strategic planning, this role is perfect for you.

### Key Responsibilities:
• Order-Wise Costing Management: - Prepare and monitor detailed order-wise cost sheets comparing standard costing, planning costing, and actual costing in Tally. - Conduct cost reviews and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Implement cost control measures and recommend cost reduction strategies.
• Inventory & Reporting: - Create and manage inventory aging reports (location-wise). - Prepare weekly non-moving inventory reports and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor and analyze cost variances, suggesting improvements for efficiency.
• Job Work Monitoring: - Check and monitor the job work bill settlement sheet. - Ensure timely and accurate closure of order-wise reports and completion status of orders.
• Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis: - Prepare customized reports as assigned by the officer-in-charge or management.

### Qualifications:

✅ Education: - CMA / CA Inter / M.Com or equivalent.

✅ Experience: - Minimum 5 years in cost accounting or financial management.

✅ Skills: - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). - Expertise in accounting software like Tally & ERP systems. - Thorough understanding of accounting procedures and financial analysis. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
