As we embark on our next growth phase, we are seeking a talented Brand Manager & Fashion Designer to shape our brand's identity and create stunning fashion collections that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Brand Management:Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance Titliyaan's market position and drive business growth.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and market demands.Content Creation: Collaborate on creating compelling brand narratives, promotional materials, and digital content.Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media presence, devise digital marketing strategies, and analyze engagement metrics to boost brand visibility.Partnerships: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and influence.Fashion Design:Design Creation: Develop original clothing designs that align with Titliyaan's brand identity and cater to our target audience.Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of fashion trends and incorporate innovative design elements into new collections.Collection Development: Oversee the design and development of seasonal collections, from concept to final product.Fabric & Materials: Select fabrics, materials, and finishes that enhance design quality and brand aesthetics.Collaboration: Work with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into high-quality garments.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the design process.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in brand management and fashion design, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
