Legal Cashier | 6 month FTC

Job description

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Legal Cashier Administrator on behalf of a Global Law firm, based in Leeds City Centre and working on a 6-month fixed term contract.

As a Legal Cashier Administrator, you will be responsible for however not limited to;

• Monitoring the firms accounts help inboxes

• Ensuring all emails are correctly allocated to internal teams

• Ensuring queries and escalations are handled correctly and in a timely manner

• Various administrative tasks such as internal housekeeping

• Reviewing remittances

• Putting invoices on to the company's internal system

• Assisting the Legal Cashier's in ensuring all cash receipts received are processed accurately and in a timely manner

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong Admin background.

Salary is £24,500

6-month FTC

Monday - Friday (+am-5:30pm)

Hybrid working available once trained

25 days annual leave (pro-rata)
