Are you a highly skilled Warehouse Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced distribution environment? What You’ll Be Doing:

???? Optimising Warehouse Operations – Leading and structuring a busy warehouse to maximise efficiency.

???? Technology Implementation – Rolling out handheld picking systems and ensuring seamless integration with Orderwise ERP.

???? Improving Goods In & Goods Out – Refining processes to boost accuracy and speed up dispatching.

???? Stock Control & Accuracy – Introducing best-practice stock take protocols and driving inventory integrity.

???? Health & Safety Leadership – Ensuring warehouse compliance with all safety regulations.

???? Team Management – Leading a small, skilled team with clear KPIs and process-driven workflows.
What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven Warehouse Management Experience in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Hands-on & Process-Driven Leader who can define, implement, and improve warehouse procedures.

✔ Tech-Savvy Approach – Experience implementing handheld picking tech and working with Orderwise ERP (or similar).

✔ Strong Organisational & Communication Skills – Confident in streamlining operations and driving team performance.

✔ Problem-Solving Mindset – Identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical, effective solutions.
