Incora, a leading global provider of innovative supply chain solutions, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory discrepancies, and expediting critical needs to support customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Monitoring: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels across all locations.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Critical Needs Expeditor: Assist in expediting critical needs to meet customer requirements.
• Liaison Role: Collaborate with contract administration/customer service and production floor management to facilitate seamless communication.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service and interaction skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
