Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented Direct Field Sales Junior to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Direct Field Sales Junior, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and promoting our services. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.

Qualifications And Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of B2B sales principles and practices
• Marketing and customer relationship management skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Build and improve relationships with Existing clients

Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their packages.

Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

Educate and inform clients about the companys services and special offers.

Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations

Job description
Job Title: STP Operator

Location: Dehradun

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain the STP to ensure optimal performance.

· Monitor and record operational data, including flow rates, chemical usage, and effluent quality.

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

· Adjust controls to regulate flow rates, chemical dosages, and other operational parameters.

· Conduct basic laboratory tests to assess water quality and adjust processes as necessary.

· Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

· Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance reports.

· Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or overhauls.

· Assist in the preparation of reports on plant performance and improvement initiatives.

· Respond to emergencies and system alarms in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience in operating a Sewage Treatment Plant, preferably with a capacity of 300 KLD or more.

· Basic understanding of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations.

· Ability to perform basic laboratory tests for water quality analysis.

· Willingness to work in different shifts.
