Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and Great Plains 2012-2018 software
Management Reporter, Annual Audit experience, and advanced Excel skills are also required
Advanced skill with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Accounting software, including Dynamics GP 2018 and Management Reporter

Responsibilities
Maintain accounting practices and internal controls for Free Sacred Trinity Church (FSTC) and its entities
Assist in overseeing financial operations, maintaining fiscal records, and preparing financial reports
Communicate the organization's Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles
Process daily cash receipts and perform monthly inventory count
Cross-trained in AP and Payroll Processing, and reconcile cash and liabilities accounts daily
Reconcile General Ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger, as well as bank and fixed assets reconciliations
Prepare monthly closing and financial statements, review and post daily revenue, and assist with year-end audits
Provide timely and accurate financial statements and analysis for FSTC and its subordinate organizations
Coordinate with employees and vendors to maintain proper inventory levels and prepare financial projects as necessary

Senior Staff Accountant
Job Summary

Maintain accounting practices and internal controls for Free Sacred Trinity Church (FSTC) and its entities. Assist in overseeing financial operations, maintaining fiscal records, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate the organization's Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles.
• Process daily cash receipts and perform monthly inventory count.
• Cross-trained in AP and Payroll Processing, and reconcile cash and liabilities accounts daily.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger, as well as bank and fixed assets reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing and financial statements, review and post daily revenue, and assist with year-end audits.
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements and analysis for FSTC and its subordinate organizations.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to maintain proper inventory levels and prepare financial projects as necessary.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a US University, with a CPA preferred.

Experience
