Job description
Cynoteck is currently seeking a reliable, highly motivated and skilled IT graduate for the position “Java Developer” to join our development team.
Requirement: 2
Years of Experience: 4 to 5 years
Required Skills:
1. Good Knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Micro Services, Java Frameworks like JSF
2. Good Knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts
3. Experience in Test Driven Development, Software Development Lifecycle Activities including requirements, design, coding, unit testing, deployment and maintenance
4. Database: My SQL, MongoDB(optional)
5. Problem-solving Skills: Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate (Java) and EJB
6. Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
7. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
8. Flexibility and ability to switch from one technology to another with ease and complete understanding.
+. Familiarity with GIT
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze User and System Requirements
2. Design flowcharts to illustrate software solutions
3. Write efficient code based on feature specification
4. Develop user interfaces
5. Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
6. Design and implement database architecture & Java application phases
7. Test and Debug Java Applications
8. Validate software functionality and security

• About the Role:
• Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Provide consistent, caring companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Mental Stimulation: Organize and participate in activities that stimulate cognitive functions, such as puzzles, reading, and memory games.
- Physical Activities: Encourage and assist with light exercises, yoga, pranayama, and mobility activities suitable for the senior’s health and abilities.
- Emotional Support: Offer emotional support, creating a warm and positive environment to ensure the senior feels valued and cared for.
- Spiritual Activities: Facilitate and participate in spiritual practices and activities that are meaningful to the senior, such as meditation, prayer, religious services.
- Daily Assistance: Assist with daily routines, such as meals, medication, bathing, dressing, personal chores, etc. and managing her belongings, clothes, etc..
• Qualifications:
- Educated, with a strong understanding of elderly care principles.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Healthy, hygienic & positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage in and organize a variety of activities that cater to mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
