Skills required:
• Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 Pro Plus) including servicing and update channels
• Microsoft 365 Licensing
• Windows 10 and Windows 11 including servicing and update channels
• Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, DFS etc.)
• Group Policy configuration including Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM)
• MECM (SCCM) skills including SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging and patching
• Technical Design and Guidance Writing
• Australian Government IT Cyber Security processes including ISM, Essential 8 and ACSC hardening guides
