Experience: Significant experience architecting and managing complex applications, 3+ years of managing direct reports or functioning in a team leadership role, including management of remote/offshore teams

Customer- Our client is seeking an experienced Informix Database Management Lead to join their development team
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the development and support of their custom legacy Informix 4GL applications
Database Management: Own all database-related aspects of their applications, including database design, security, performance, scalability, and production uptime
Project Management: Evaluate projects, provide timelines, manage development teams to develop within coding standards, timeline, and budget, and update schedules
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members locally and offshore, and work with various roles within the company to ensure effective team collaboration
Technology Expertise: Bring creativity and out-of-box thinking to provide business technology solutions, and help build roadmaps for future development
People Management: Guide, coach, and mentor software development engineers, manage daily activities of offshore teams, and oversee project deliverables
