Paint Technician - 2nd Shift

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Operations and Maintenance
Advanced understanding of operation of Paint Line equipment
Ability to Travel as needed (no more than 10%)
Ability to troubleshoot problems on paint line equipment malfunction, gun malfunction, paint contamination, blaster operation, etc
Excellent attendance

Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot paint line systems
Work with Paint and Maintenance leaders to implement TPM/PM practices
Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday from 4pm to 2:30am, OT Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed
Blast booths – function and trouble shooting
Wash Bays – function and trouble shooting
Primer Booths – function and trouble shooting
Paint Booths – function and troubleshooting including guns
Paint Reclaim- function and troubleshooting ability to sustain operation

Scope:

Maintain and troubleshoot paint line systems. Work with Paint and Maintenance leaders to implement TPM/PM practices.
