Chief Operations Officer

As a seasoned Technical Project Manager & Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Behavioral Signals' AI project management efforts.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management, particularly in the AI and software development sectors, who can utilize their knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple technical projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget requirements.

You will also implement and manage Scrum and Agile practices, facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, interface with the machine learning team, and engage with potential customers and partners to understand their needs and integrate feedback into project development.

As a dual role Technical Project Manager & Chief of Staff, you will oversee and coordinate other important company deliverables to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
