We are Hiring only Experienced Tech Support Executive for both Full time and Part time shift

This job is Work from Home

Shift time-

• Full time- 5pm to 1am

• Part time- 5pm to 11pm or 6.30 pm to 12.30pm

Monday to Saturday Working(Saturday Early Log off)

Salary- Negotiable

Requirement-

• Candidates should have good communication skill in English

• Candidate should have own Laptop/Desktop, Wifi connection and Headphone with mic(BPO types)

• Candidate should have working experience in international tech support voice process

• Candidate must be dedicated to his/her work and serious about the job

Job Description:

Candidate need to initiate the call and communicate with the customer regarding their computer related issues and if needed have to transfer the call to the senior for further communication
