Experience : Minimum 1 Yr in MIS role ( BPO industry profile would be preferred)

CTC : 3.50

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Maintain MIS : Lead the development and maintenance of the organization's MIS to ensure the availability of accurate data for decision-making processes.

2. Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of the MIS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency.

3. Data Quality Assurance : Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used for reporting and analysis.

4. End-User Training and Support : Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing the MIS, providing guidance on data entry, extraction, and interpretation to maximize system utilization.

5. Report Preparation and Presentation : Prepare and present reports and analyses derived from MIS data, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

6. Employee Performance Management : Monitor the performance of MIS staff, providing guidance and support to improve output and foster a collaborative work environment.

7. Analytical Report Development : Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports for day-to-day decision-making, aligning with business objectives and strategies.

8. Data Analysis Strategy : Understand business needs and objectives, develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, and oversee all analytics operations to ensure data accuracy and quality.
