Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an International BPO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. You will handle various business processes, including AR calling, voice process, non-voice process, and handling international BPO activities. This is a part-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with the opportunity for growth and development.

Qualifications And Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of international BPO processes and practices
- Familiarity with AR calling and voice/non-voice processes
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
- Flexibility to work in shifts
