Total Experience must be more than 10 years in Banking Retail

Current Experience in the present role must be 2-3 years

MNC Bank Book Size : AUM + SA (100Cr) / AUM + CA (100Cr)

Appraisal Ratings:Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 3 years.

The candidate should not be out of a job unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.

Age of the candidate: 40 Years Max

Education Qualification : Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA

Existing BMs, RBH from HDFC, Imperia RM, Burgundy RM, Affluent RM, Head-ERM, Priority RM (Stan C), Premier RM (HSBC), Citi Gold RM, BSMs with 6- 7 Years of experience in the same profile and Top Rated YOY , Senior Branch Operations Head handling a GL of more than 500Cr being 4 years + in the profile.
