Job Description

Technical Support Role
We require a D365 Application Support Engineer to work remotely from Australia, providing technical support across global applications, ERP, CRM, and web-facing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting D365 F&O, with knowledge of D365 CRM/CE being highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities
• Respond to technical queries from ERP and CRM system users
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues efficiently
• Implement security measures according to IT security standards
• Optimize system performance and security through continuous improvement

Necessary Skills
• Experience in supporting D365 F&O, preferably with D365 CRM/CE knowledge
• Strong background in IT Systems, Infrastructure, and Application Support
• Familiarity with Automated Form Management and Power Automate
• Understanding of API configuration and management
