About the Role

Healthcare Australia is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Educator to join their team in Canberra. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to staff.

Key Responsibilities

Distribute the orientation program and ensure mandatory training is delivered to employees.
Develop and implement learning activities that comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards in the Aged Care sector.
Pursue and support staff in obtaining scholarship opportunities and external learning experiences.
Identify and address the learning needs of both individuals and the organization.
Requirements

Bachelor of Nursing with current registration by AHPRA + 3 years experience in this field.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
