Job description
We are hiring for chat and voice Technical / Non-technical customer support executives for international process.
Job Location : Jaipur.
Qualification : Undergraduate/ Graduate. With excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication in English. Salary upto : 35K CTC

Role : Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
